Happy Rainbow Meditation

Heres my lovely happy rainbow meditation. To relax you and make you happy. This can be used and adapted for anyone at anytime. Please feel free to use it at home by yourself, share with your friends or in a class. Wherever you use it please enjoy

  • Sit comfortably or lie back and relax
  • Breathe deeply, breathe slowly, breathe fully
  • Let calm wash over you
  • As you breathe in imagine the colour red, your favourite shade of red.
  • Red is the colour of power and courage.
  • Red flowers, red roses, rosy red apples. Fill your body with red
  • Breathe out the red and breathe in orange
  • Let orange fill your mind and your body all the way down to your toes
  • Orange is the colour of joy and creativity
  • Imagine your favourite shades of orange, orange fruit, and flowers, orange sunsets
  • As you breathe out let orange leave your body and breathe in yellow
  • Let yellow fill your imagination and your body
  • Yellow is the colour of joy and happiness
  • Your favourite yellows, flowers, and the sunshine
  • Breath out yellow and let green fill your mind
  • Green is the colour of life, of nature and of energy
  • Green trees, green grass, and green leaves let green fill your entire body
  • Breathe out green and breath in blue
  • Blue is the colour of open spaces, freedom and intuition
  • The most beautiful shades of blue, sky blue and sea blue
  • Let blue fill your body
  • As you breathe out blue let shades of purple fill your body
  • Purple is the colour of creativity, independence and magic
  • Violet and indigo, your own favourite shade of purple all the way down to your toes
  • Beathe out purple
  • Next time you breathe in, there is every colour of the rainbow
  • Red, orange, yellow, green, blue and purples, all the colours of the rainbow.
  • Rainbows are happy, they have an inbuilt smile
  • Let the colours and the rainbows happy smile fill your body
  • As you breathe out the colours keep the happy smile and let it stay with you for the rest of the day.
